Information submitted through these tools may include descriptions of events, telephone numbers, company names, account or reporting information, dates, times, communications, disputes, requests to stop contact, and supporting evidence such as screenshots, call logs, text messages, reports, letters, notices, emails, or voicemails.

Information you submit may be reviewed by Fischetti Law Group and persons assisting the firm for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry or potential legal matter.

You should avoid submitting passwords, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested by Fischetti Law Group.

5. Email Communications

If you submit an inquiry, begin an intake or case review process, upload information or evidence, or use one of our online tools, we may send you emails relating to that inquiry.

These communications may include case-review information, requests for additional information, reminders to complete an intake or submission, educational information, or other follow-up communications related to your inquiry.

Where required by law, you may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.

Fischetti Law Group does not currently rely on SMS text messaging as a routine method for marketing or consumer-protection intake communications.
