Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of SUE DIS™.com, related SUE DIS™ websites, landing pages, online forms, case review tools, consumer-protection resources, and other online services operated by Fischetti Law Group.

SUE DIS™ is the Consumer Law Division of Fischetti Law Group. References in these Terms to “SUE DIS™,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Fischetti Law Group and its SUE DIS™ consumer law services, as applicable.

By accessing or using SUE DIS™.com or our related online tools and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our websites or online services.

Important: Use of SUE DIS™.com, submission of an inquiry, completion of an intake or case review form, uploading information or evidence, or use of any SUE DIS™ online tool does not create an attorney-client relationship.

1. General Information Only

Information provided through SUE DIS™.com and our related websites and online services is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney regarding your specific circumstances.

Laws and regulations may change, and legal outcomes depend on the facts of each individual matter.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Visiting SUE DIS™.com, submitting a contact or case review form, communicating with Fischetti Law Group through an online form, uploading evidence, or using a SUE DIS™ online tool does not create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Fischetti Law Group agrees to represent you and any required engagement agreement has been completed.

Until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established, you should not assume that information you submit will be treated as privileged attorney-client communication.

3. Case Reviews and Eligibility

Any case review, eligibility question, intake form, screening question, or online tool offered through SUE DIS™ is intended only to assist with an initial evaluation.

Completing an intake or case review form or receiving a preliminary indication that your circumstances may qualify for further review does not mean that Fischetti Law Group has accepted your case or determined that a legal violation occurred.

Fischetti Law Group may decline to represent any person or matter in its discretion, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.

4. SUE DIS™ Case Review and Online Tools

SUE DIS™ may provide online tools that allow consumers to submit information and documents relating to potential consumer protection matters, including unwanted calls and text messages, credit or consumer report problems, and debt collection conduct.

These tools may allow you to provide descriptions of what happened and upload supporting information such as screenshots, call logs, text messages, reports, letters, notices, emails, voicemails, or other relevant records.

SUE DIS™ online tools do not determine whether a law has been violated, whether you have a valid claim, or whether you are entitled to compensation or other relief.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Evidence and File Uploads

SUE DIS™.com and related online tools may allow you to upload screenshots, call logs, text messages, photographs, reports, letters, notices, documents, or other materials relating to your inquiry.

By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that your submission does not knowingly violate the rights of another person.

You should not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested by Fischetti Law Group.
